PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that Defendant was distracted because she was looking in her rearview mirror at the time of the accident.
DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendants contended the Plaintiff stopped suddenly without warning even though the nearest vehicle was two car-lengths ahead of him. Defendants further contended that Plaintiff's vehicle was not damaged in the collision. Defendants also contended that Plaintiff's injuries were not related to the accident, but instead stemmed from a prior degenerative condition.
Injuries
Plaintiff allegedly suffered neck, knee, and back injuries. He also claimed to have sustained neurological damage, including memory loss.
