Facts

Plaintiff John Sain, a 70-year-old driver, sued Defendants, alleging negligence when he was rear-ended by Defendants' vehicle.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that Defendant was distracted because she was looking in her rearview mirror at the time of the accident.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendants contended the Plaintiff stopped suddenly without warning even though the nearest vehicle was two car-lengths ahead of him. Defendants further contended that Plaintiff's vehicle was not damaged in the collision.
