Facts

Claimant asserted breach of contract, constructive discharge, conversion, money had and received, and unjust enrichment claims in connection with money forfeited under a deferred compensation plan. He also claimed that he was forced to resign as a result of allegedly intolerable working conditions.

Damages

Claimant requested compensatory damages in the amount of $444,946.11 plus interest and costs.

Result

Following a three day hearing, the arbitration panel denied claimant's claims in their entirety. No amount of damages were awarded.
