Facts

The City of Temecula filed a lawsuit against the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians over the requirement that the Tribe prepare an environmental impact report concerning the impacts of the expansion of its Pechanga Resort and Casino and enter an intergovernmental agreement with the City to pay for alleged impacts from the addition of slot machines at the casino.

Result

The Court granted the Tribe's motion to dismiss with prejudice.
