Facts

Inphi Corp., which was in the business of high-speed analog semiconductors, filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Netlist Inc., which was the designer and manufacturer of high-performance memory subsystems. The lawsuit was filed on Nov. 30, 2009, and followed a lawsuit filed by Netlist against Inphi, which alleged that Inphi's iMB line of isolation memory buffer integrated circuits infringed Netlist's patents.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff alleged that defendant infringed on its patents.

Result

The court dismissed the action without prejudice.
