Facts

Zamora Radio LLC filed an action against CBS Radio Inc., CBS Corp., AOL Inc., Last.fm Ltd., Pandora Media Inc. and other defendants alleging patent infringement. Zamora Radio alleged that its patent concerning a streaming media technology, commonly referred to as "internet radio," was infringed upon by the named defendants who were internet radio service providers that allowed their customers to stream music and web-based services. Defendants filed counterclaims for non-infringement and invalidity.

Result

The judge granted defendants' summary judgment motion for non-infringement.
