Facts

A class action suit was brought against Procter & Gamble Co. (P&G) violations of consumer protection laws and unfair competition laws. The complaint alleged that P&G's sale of two over-the-counter cold and flu remedies was unlawful. P&G moved to dismiss all claims.

Result

The court granted P&G's motion. Plaintiffs have appealed.
