Facts

Ronald and Beth Bernstein, along with other homeowners, claimed that their homes contained construction defects. They brought an action against defendant developer Pardee Homes for strict products liability, breach of implied warranty, breach of contract, breach of express warranty, and negligence. Pardee cross-claimed against Kenwall Fireplaces Inc., asserting that Kenwall improperly installed the fireplaces and chimneys.

Result

Kenwall agreed to settle the claims for $4,550.
