Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed suit against Able Services Inc. dba Able Building Maintenance Co., alleging unlawful retaliation in regards to former employee Phillip Holmes. Specifically, EEOC sued for violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1984 and Title I of the Civil Rights Act of 1991.
