PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
The plaintiff contended Day was driving a Presidio Fire Department truck when he collided with plaintiff, who was riding her bicycle in the Golden Gate Recreational Area. Plaintiff claimed Day's negligence caused the accident resulting in her injuries.
Injuries
Plaintiff suffered multiple injuries, including facial lacerations; dental injuries; and wrist injuries.
Result
The parties settled for $43,500.
