Facts

Lucky Chances Inc. employed Wilfredo Balce as a security supervisor. Balce's employment was terminated on Dec. 19, 2006. Balce brought an action against his employer alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, California Labor Code and Wage Orders Act, and California Business and Professions Code section 17200.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Balce contended that Lucky Chances did not pay him overtime, provide meal breaks, or offer him a statement detailing his wages and hours.

Result

The jury returned a verdict for the defense.
