Contentions
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Del Taco claimed that Mundy was a professional plaintiff who did not actually encounter any of the alleged barriers. Further, Mundy conceded that he filed close to 200 lawsuits and earned over $60,000 in settlements in 2008.
Result
The jury unanimously found in favor of defendant after deliberating for less than 30 minutes.
