Sophia Flores filed a complaint against Landry's Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurants Inc., pursuant to the National Labor Relations Act.

Result

Administrative Law Judge Gerald A. Wacknov concluded that the policy did not violate the Act. As a result, it dismissed Flores' complaint.
