William Brown filed a complaint against Arrowhead Financial Group Inc. dba Arrowhead Investment Center LLC claiming racial discrimination and inequitable conduct in connection with Brown's employment with Arrowhead. He asserted causes of action for libel and slander; violations of California Labor Code Section 201; violations of California Business and Professions Code Section 17200; and unfair business practices.
