Facts
Defendant minor, 15, brought plaintiff, 7, into a home owned by his defendant's parents, defendants Kuo Cheng and Li Cheng, and allegedly exposed his genitalia to plaintiff. The plaintiff, through her guardian ad litem, her father, alleged defendant minor digitally penetrated and fondled her, and then threatened her so she would not tell anyone what happened.
The defendants were uninsured and denied the allegations.
