On April 25, 2007, plaintiff Maria Uranda, age 42, was a patron of defendant Payless Foods when she slipped and fell near the meat department. The plaintiff's pants were wet and she observed water measuring about 1/2-meter wide and 1/4-inch deep coming from underneath the meat freezer and flowing to the area where she fell.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
The plaintiff contended that the defendant had notice of the water prior to her fall and defendant failed to post warning signs or cones alerting customers of the danger.
