On Feb. 16, 2006, plaintiff Odessa Doucet, a 37-year-old registered nurse, was driving a 2000 Jaguar sedan, when a 1990 Nissan Pathfinder driven by defendant Tonya Anderson collided with the plaintiff's vehicle. The incident occurred at or near the intersection of Castroville Boulevard and Elkhorn Road in Castroville.
The plaintiff filed a complaint for wage loss, loss of use of property, hospital and medical expenses, general damages, property damage, and loss of earning capacity. The defendant filed a general denial.
