Facts
Plaintiff Victor Khalil claimed that the defendants trespassed onto his property in the Indian Springs Development in Chatsworth and dumped dirt and construction debris without his consent. He also claimed that he spent in excess of $100,000 to clean up the property. The defendants maintained that there never was a trespass or dumping by any of them and the plaintiff was simply looking to pay for his grading and related expenses to develop the property.
Settlement Discussions
The defendants offered to settle, but the plaintiff refused.
Result
Nonsuit granted to all defendants.
