On Sept. 8, 1997, Tasha Radakovich was dining at the Far East Restaurant when a waiter brought a tray with
two pots of tea to the table. The plaintiff contended the waiter dropped the tray and spilled boiling tea in her
lap.

Injuries

The plaintiff suffered second degree, deep tissue burns to the right thigh and a portion of the left thigh. The plaintiff suffered a sensory abnormality to the right thigh and discoloration/scarring to the right thigh.
