CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Claimant alleged that respondent raided claimant's workforce. Claimant asserted causes of action against respondent for intentional and with malice orchestration of an actionable raid on claimant's West Portal Avenue office, unfair competition, and aiding, abetting, and inducing claimant's employees to breach their duties of loyalty to claimant.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS:
Respondent denied the allegations of claimant's claims.

Damages

Claimants alleged compensatory damages of $15,000,000 and also sought double damages and punitive damages.

Result

The panel denied all of claimant's claims.
