PETITIONER'S CONTENTIONS:
Petitioner sought an expungement of a customer's complaint.
The arbitrator recommended the expungement of the customer's complaint who had filed a complaint against Wells Fargo. The underlying matter ultimately resulted in a $75,000 settlement. The arbitration panel found that expungement was proper and therefore entered an award accordingly.
Result
The trial court granted Coghlan's petition to confirm the arbitration award.
