PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiffs contended that the defendants negligently employed and supervised the maintenance man and should have been aware of his conduct.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendant property owner and manager denied any knowledge of wrongful conduct on the part of their employee.

Plaintiffs suffered emotional trauma.
