The plaintiffs were traveling northbound on I-5 in downtown Seattle, followed by defendants Word, when traffic came to stop. The plaintiffs claimed that defendant Word's vehicle was rear-ended by defendants Engel's vehicle, pushing it into plaintiff's vehicle. Defendants Word denied their vehicle was pushed into the plaintiff's vehicle.
