Claimant J. Jeffrey Donnell brought an NASD arbitration claim against respondent Citigroup Global Markets Inc., claiming the respondent allegedly failed to execute the claimant's order to exercise his 5,000 fully vested options in Honeywell. The claimant alleged breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence and failure to supervise.

The respondent denied the allegations of wrongdoing set forth in the claimant's Statement of Claim.

Damages

The claimant requested $96,050 in compensatory damages, unspecified punitive damages, pre-judgment interest at a rate of 10 percent per annum from Feb. 3, 2005 and costs, including attorney fees. The respondent requested dismissal of the claimant's Statement of Claim in its entirety, as well as costs.
