In the Amended Statement of Claim and Second Amended Statement of Claim, Claimant Wells Fargo Investments LLC alleged breach of promissory notes against Respondent Michael Chayes. In the Second Amended Statement of Claim, the claimant changed its name to Wells Fargo Investments LLC from Wells Fargo Bank N.A.
