Facts

Lisa Williams underwent a root canal procedure performed by Barry Lasko, DDS. Williams claimed to suffer from painful black gum tissue following the procedure. Williams then underwent removal of her other teeth and sustained a sinus injury as a result of Lasko's procedure. Williams sued Lasko for negligence.

Damages

Williams sought general and special damages as well as attorney fees.

Result

The jury found that Lasko was not negligent and judgment was entered in his favor.
