Facts

On July 24, 2010, a vehicle operated by Lawson Cole rear-ended a vehicle driven by Andrew Brown while in bumper-to-bumper traffic on the 605 Freeway. Brown filed suit against Cole.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff alleged that Cole operated his vehicle negligently by failing to stop his car in time to prevent the crash.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Cole disputed causation and damages.
