Facts

On May 11, 2009, defendant Eunrin Kim turned left in front of plaintiff Omega Mitchell, a 49-year-old nurse.

Injuries

Plaintiff sustained injuries to her neck and back. After three years of living in constant pain, plaintiff went through with fusion surgery of her neck on May 8, 2012. Plaintiff claimed that surgery was a success. For the first time in three years, the numbness in her arms is gone.

Result

The case settled for $250,000 (policy limits).
