On March 15, 2010, at 2:50 p.m., plaintiff Cheryl Davis, a 27-year-old homemaker, was driving at Harbor Boulevard and Interstate 5 in Anaheim when defendant Benjamin Chase, ran a stop light and struck Plaintiff's vehicle.
