Facts

Page Construction was the general contractor on a pool construction project. The City of Calistoga refused to pay Page, claiming that its work was inadequate. Page then stopped payment to its subcontractors. Page and its subcontractors sued the City, alleging $1,770,000 in damages for additional work and extended overhead.

Result

Settlement in the amount of $900,000.
