Facts
On Jan. 30, 2009, at 5:40 p.m., Irma Cerrillo, 47, was a guest at Target store in Poway. As Plaintiff was walking in the infant aisle, she allegedly slipped on a clear substance on the floor and fell.
Target's investigation immediately after the incident revealed that plaintiff appeared to have slipped on a small amount of clear bubble bath that may have leaked onto the floor. There are no reported eyewitnesses to her fall.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff claimed that as a result of her fall, she injured her back and left hand and wrist.
Injuries
Plaintiff was diagnosed with a left basal joint instability, and possible carpal tunnel.
