Facts

Illumina filed suit against Complete Genomics Inc., alleging infringement of one of their patents.

Complete Genomics moved for summary judgment, arguing that several claims of the patent in question were invalid.

Result

The Court granted Complete Genomics' motion for summary judgment of invalidity, finding that Illumina's claims were not valid over the prior art.
