Plaintiff claimed defendant breached its written lease with Pink House for creative office space in Santa Monica.
Result
The parties negotiated an amicable resolution to settle the matter for $275,000, which compensated plaintiff for all past due rental charges plus a portion of future rental damages, plus fees and costs.
