Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Davis suffered from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Based on his condition, he filed an application for benefits on July 1, 2009, and application for supplemental security income on July 7, 2009. His applications were denied, and he requested a hearing from an administrative law judge. The ALJ found that he was not disabled.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
The ALJ found that Davis's impairments did not meet or medically equal the severity of a listed impairment, and that Davis had the residual functional capacity to perform a full range of work at all exertion levels.
Result
The court agreed with the ALJ's decision and denied Davis's appeal.
