Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
The plaintiffs had interests in two lots of land located in Los Angeles. They believed that this land would qualify for a variance, allowing them to construct single-family residences. In 2008, the City Zoning Administrator granted the variance.

Result

The parties settled for $375,000.
