Plaintiffs Melissa S. Liang, and her daughter Abigail Liang filed suit against defendant Harry N. Torossian in connection with a motor vehicle accident.

PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiffs claimed defendant ran a red light and hit plaintiff, flipping their car over. Plaintiff claimed the crash aggravated plaintiff's pre-existing injury and caused her mild compression fractures.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
