Facts

Express Parking Inc. initiated arbitration against Jesse Henry, Express Parking Inc., alleging that Henry breached a parking lot lease in the amount of $115,017.08. The parties had previously entered into an agreement that contained an arbitration clause. The arbitrator ruled in favor of Express Parking Inc. on its contract claims and awarded it $71,228.09 plus $14,650 in attorney fees and costs, and $9,860.33 in arbitration costs and arbitrator compensation. Express Parking subsequently filed a motion seeking to confirm the arbitration award.

PETITIONER'S CONTENTIONS:
Express Parking contended that the court should confirm the arbitration award because all of the statutory requirements had been met.
