Facts

Plaintiff M.C., a 10-year-old female, was a passenger who sustained fractures and a traumatic brain injury in a rear-end motor vehicle accident.

On March 30, 2012, plaintiff was riding in the back seat on the driver's side of a car traveling on Westmont Drive, in Los Angeles. While stopped at a stop sign at an intersection with Mt. Shasta Drive, the vehicle was rear-ended by defendant.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff claimed she has permanent injuries.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant claimed that plaintiff has no permanent injuries.

Settlement Discussions
