Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that defendant breached its duty of care to her by hiring incompetent instructors who allowed her to engage in strenuous exercise without proper instruction that would have prevented her from getting injured.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant contended in its motion for summary judgment that there was no triable issue of fact with respect to causation and due to application of the primary assumption of risk doctrine.
