Facts

Glenn Grams alleged that he slipped and fell in K Mart store and that he was injured when he landed on his elbow and back. He contended that he slipped and fell in an area where employees had watered plants. The defendant contended that although there was no dispute that the floor was wet, the defendant denied negligence and causation and alleged that the plaintiff was comparatively negligent. The defendant disputed the nature and extent of the plaintiff's injuries and damages.

Settlement Discussions

The parties were very far apart in their settlement positions and therefore there were no significant settlement discussions.
