Facts

The subject suit arises out of an auto accident that occurred on Dec. 10, 2001 on the southbound 405 freeway, north of Bristol street. The defendant was also traveling southbound on the 405. The plaintiff stopped due to congested traffic. The defendant failed to stop and collided with the rear of the plaintiff's vehicle. The force of the impact pushed the plaintiff's vehicle into the vehicle ahead of hers. The defendant alleged that the plaintiff's medical bills were exaggerated and that the plaintiff had no psychological impairment; no restrictions to work and no new injuries and that the MRI was negative.
