Facts

On Dec. 20, 2004, Plaintiff fell off his bike when he rode through liquid in the Ralph's parking lot.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that oil in the parking lot caused plaintiff to fall. In addition, there was insufficient lighting in the parking lot. Lastly, defendant did not reasonably maintain and inspect the premises.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant contended that water was on the ground at the time of plaintiff's fall. Defendant had no notice of the water on the ground prior to the incident. Furthermore, a security officer inspected the area one hour before the fall and the ground was dry.
