Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
The plaintiffs contended that United Security Bank denied them equal and full access to public accommodations inside the bank and an ATM adjacent to it. Further, the defendant placed a severely sloped landing near the ATM and located the ATM too close to the bank's front door. They also claimed that teller windows were extremely high.
