Facts

Residents of the 1970 Sutter Street condominium sued 1960 Sutter LLC, the development's general contractor; Nibbi Brothers Construction, the window manufacturer; Milgard Manufacturing Inc.; and the window supplier, Bob and Tom's Window Co. for construction defect for the alleged failure of weatherproofing systems on the stucco siding, roof, windows, decks, and doors, which caused water intrusion into the interior walls, floors and ceilings of the 19-unit building. The remainder of the subcontractors/cross-defendants were covered by a WRAP policy.

Result

A $1.5 million settlement was reached by mediator Dave Henningsen.
