Facts

Hilda L. Solis, U.S. Secretary of Labor filed suit against CMR Clothing Inc., alleging that CMR violated provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Result

The parties settled. CMR agreed to stop its violations of the FLSA's minimum wage and overtime provisions. CMR also agreed to a monitoring program to monitor all of its contractors to enforce their compliance with the FLSA.
