Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that the appearance of the "Mixed Silk" products was similar to that of the Mixed Chicks' line.

Verdict for Plaintiff in the amount of $8,114,535; finding of willful infringement.
