Mary Peron was walking on the fifth floor of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center hospital on June 23, 2008 when she slipped and fell.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Peron filed suit against Cedars-Sinai, alleging it negligently maintained its premises.

Injuries

Peron claimed injuries to her neck, right knee, right arm, as well as emotional distress.
