PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS:
On October 17, 2012, Dennis Yoshii was driving on West Magnolia Blvd. in West Hollywood. His vehicle was at a complete stop yielding to oncoming traffic in order to make a left hand turn when it was rear-ended by a truck driven by Rodrigo Romo. Yoshii sued Romo and Romo's employer Dadson Washer Service Inc., alleging Romo negligently operated the truck and his employer was vicariously liable.
Injuries
Plaintiff claimed chronic neck and upper back pain.
