Facts

A class action was filed against manufacturers of Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) sold in the U.S. Plaintiffs are direct purchasers of SRAM who alleged that manufacturers were involved in unlawful price-fixing. Defendants included big manufacturers such as: Hitachi, Ltd.; Micron Technology Inc.; Mitsubishi Electronic Corp.; NEC Electronics America,Inc.; Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.; Toshiba Corp.; and many others.

Result

Settling defendants agreed to a combined settlement in the total amount of $76,872,476.99.
