Facts

The City and County of San Francisco filed a lawsuit against Carolyn Garcia, Successor Trustee of the Garcia Family Trust Dated Oct. 11, 1995, Bank of America N.A.. and others to condemn by eminent domain a permanent sub-surface soil easement over portions of real estate property located under defendants' property for the purpose of construction the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission's Water System Improvement Program-Funded Project.

Result

The parties agreed to a settlement payment of $191,000
