PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff tripped and fell over a flat cart. Plaintiff was injured as a result and sued defendants for negligence and premises liability.
DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendants contended that plaintiff had seen the flat cart just prior to the alleged fall and that the flat cart was open and obvious. Defendants moved for summary judgment.

The court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment.
